My Approach
Come as you are.
My work is gentle, collaborative, and entirely led by you. I don't push. I don't force. I follow where you are — because that is always the right place to start.
How we work together
Every session begins with a simple question — what is alive for you right now?
Whatever it is, every road leads back to the same place — the body. And that's where the real work happens.
As we talk, I gently invite you to notice what you feel in your body. Not to analyse it — just to notice it. Where does it live? What does it feel like?
This is where insight becomes something deeper. Something felt. Something that actually shifts.
Working with all of you
We all carry different parts — an inner child who learned early that the world wasn't always safe, a protector who steps in to keep us from feeling too much, and beneath it all, a Self. Calm, wise, whole.
Often we fear the younger and protective parts. We push them away. But what they really need is to be seen.
In our work together we turn toward them with curiosity. We acknowledge them, feel them, connect with them. And we strengthen the relationship between these parts and the Self.
This is how integration happens. Not by fixing yourself — but by accepting all of yourself.
And that is where real freedom begins.

With over twenty years of experience I draw from humanistic, cognitive behavioral, somatic, IFS and psychodynamic approaches.

Sessions are sixty minutes, held online, in English or in French.
